As mentioned before, kami naik flight Cathay Pacific from KL to Vancouver. Transit 1.5 hrs in HK, then fly dalam 11 hours to Vancouver. Sampai dekat sana, sebelum immigration, kita kena isi arrival card dalam machine tu, dia akan scan passport, ambik gambar then machine tu akan print the details. After that you have to Q untuk pass the printed version to immigration officer. TAPI, mine punya machine tu fail to capture apetah, so kena isi manual arrival card macam biasa, then Q jugak macam biasa. I was totally cuak kot masa tu sebab yelah, dok dengar officer dekat belah2 sana like so detail, tanya macam2 lah semua kannnn- tapi Alhamdulillah, mine was sekejap je. Dia tanya datang buat apa, berapa hari, you bawak makanan apa. Then terus lepas. Sampai dekat kastam pulak, bila I cakap bawak instant rice, dia just let me go macam tu. So, kind of easy peasy. But, better prepare lah eh. If anything. 😉
Then, we headed to our hotel. From Vancouver airport to Downtown Vancouver, it takes around 20-30 minutes via Canada Line train.
Downtown Vancouver ni so nice. The buildings lawa wehhhh..then when you walk to Gastown area, building more classical. Sangat lawa. Vancouver, I can say tempat immigrants kot. A lot of immigrants you see there. Downtown Vancouver ni jugak bandar perlabuhan, so, memang banyak yacht, cruise berlabuh dekat sini.
Oh no worries on transport kalau dekat Downtown ni. Everything is walking distance. Kadang2 tak sedar pun kita dah jalan jauh. Sebab it just nice to see everything around. In Downtown Vancouver, we stayed dekat Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront. A very nice location. 😍
We went to Capilano Suspension Bridge. We drove there, tapi detail on car not with me. Sebab I'm not in charge on that. hehehehe. From Downtown V, drive dalam 15 minutes dah sampai to Capilano ni. And sebenarnya ada shuttle jugak ke sana. Shuttle tu depan Waterfront. My advice, datang awal. Less crowd. AND beli ticket online. So boleh skip the line.
The attraction in here is the bridge itself and the rainforest surrounding it. Selain bridge, ada cliff walk jugak dekat sini. Bila masuk sini, jangan lupa ambik the site map and collect stamp. Dah collect semua, masa nak keluar, tunjuk map tu, then akan dapat "I Made It" certificate. Free souvenir uolssss. kehkehkeh. Kami spent dalam 2 -3 jam jugak dekat sini. Mula2 plan sekejap je, tapi itulah- last2 2-3 jam jugak nak habiskan pusing semua tempat.

Kemudian, kami ke Vancouver Outlet. Outlet ni nearby airport, so kalau uols nak last minute shopping pun boleh lah singgah ke outlet ni. One station je dari airport kalau naik Canada Line rail.
Selain tu, dekat Downtown V ni jugak ada satu attraction- FlyOver Canada. MEMANG BEST. Katanya, one in the world je. Bendalah ni macam 4D kind of stuff, kita rasa macam kita terbang di ruang udara Canada. Every single place in Canada. Kalau terbang on mountai, snowy semua akan bau snow, kalau terbang lalu atas ladang, bau ladang, lalu dekat awan, rasa angin. It feels like real weh. Memang tak rugi lah sebenarnya.

Selain tu, dekat Downtown Vancouver ni ada one of the oldest's neighbourhood in Vancouver- called Gastown. Memang surrounding full with old buildings yang binaan dia lawa wehhhhh. Also, the famous Steam Clock and its still working !
